Diagnostic Tests Offered

Naturopathic Doctors (ND) understand that many factors can interfere with maintaining a healthy mind, body, and spirit. In addition to a thorough holistic examination, NDs can utilize a variety of diagnostic tests. These tests can be completed in the office and include:

  • Vit D status

  • Hair analysis

  • Food Sensitivity test

  • Stool and urine analysis

  • Salivary testing for hormones

  • Tongue and pulse diagnosis

Results from these tests can aid NDs in the identification of ailments such as:

  • Heavy metal toxicity

  • Intestinal health including digestion, absorption, and infections (including parasite, fungal or bacterial)

  • Hormone levels including cortisol, estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, or DHEA

  • Vitamin D level

  • Food intolerances

Sample analysis is carried out by Rocky Mountain Analytical and Doctors Data. For more information on the tests these laboratories offer, please visit their websites.

IV therapy consists of a wide variety of vitamins, minerals, and nutrients specifically selected for a patient’s condition and are administered directly into the vein.

Our visits are extensive, intimate and empowering. The initial hour and a half consultation consists of gathering a complete health history, focusing on your overall health status, any specific concerns and if needed, performing any relevant physical exams. If required, we can order additional diagnostic tests to help gather more precise health information.

During the visit we will evaluate the different options you have to help move your body toward a more balanced state. We will address your immediate health concerns first, while creating a long-term health plan for the future.
